Classes for the youngest fans of trampoline jumping and more. Their aim is to improve general mobility through various types of games and entertainment adapted to the age and physical abilities of children and to teach basic elements of acrobatics.

Course of the semester
During the classes, children learn through play how to safely perform exercises. They will learn how to do a front and back flip and will practice coordination on the balance beam. In addition, they will learn basic elements on the trampoline, and by working on their physical condition, they will prepare for more difficult exercises in the future. Classes are held once a week.

It is based on games and fun such as tag, catch and chase, and learning the basics of jumping on trampolines. There are also games that integrate participants and static exercises that warm up muscles.

Children learn how to safely use the Hangar infrastructure in various zones, and basic gymnastics exercises.

An additional element for older children includes muscle strengthening exercises such as squats, squat jumps, and squat jumps.
