Basics, continuation or adult classes. Classes introduce participants to the secrets of the demanding sport of acrobatics. Trainers focus on teaching how to perform acrobatic elements correctly and prepare participants for more difficult evolutions performed in various sports acrobatics disciplines.

Course of the semester
Throughout the semester, participants will learn elements of sports acrobatics on the acrobatic board, path and trampolines, and how to combine them into arrangements. They will strengthen their muscles, improve their flexibility and learn the discipline necessary for training acrobatics - it is not only entertainment, but also an effective training that engages the whole body, improves coordination and strengthens muscles. The difficulty of the exercises performed is adapted to the skills and physical fitness of the participants. Classes are held once a week.

Static, dynamic and stretching exercises.

It takes place on trampolines, a board, an acrobatic track and includes learning or perfecting somersaults, side flips, bridges, handstands, and falls, depending on the exercise zone. The difficulty and type of elements taught are adapted to the skills and physical fitness of the group participants.

Strength training to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, legs, arms and back.
