Freestyle
The classes focus on skills borrowed from free running and acrobatics. They aim to improve control and endurance of one's own body, and are a great foundation for athletes involved in injury-prone areas such as competitive scootering, cycling or rollerblading.

Course of the semester
During the semester, participants gradually develop their endurance and learn acrobatic elements, which gradually become more complex. The training focuses on: mobility, endurance, improving the figure and stretching. The difficulty of the exercises performed is adapted to the skills and physical fitness of the participants. Classes are held once a week.

It takes place on trampolines, a board, an acrobatic track or bars and includes learning basic acrobatic elements, as well as elements borrowed from other disciplines. The training focuses on strengthening elements and strength exercises.
