Course of the semester
During classes, children learn through play how to safely perform exercises, improve their motor coordination and integrate through joint games and fun. The program is tailored to the individual needs of each child, taking into account the level of functioning and sensory preferences. Children learn basic elements on trampolines and acrobatic paths, which allows for gradual introduction to increasingly difficult activities, supporting both motor and social development. Classes are held once a week.
-
Classes begin with a warm-up that includes static and dynamic exercises, adapted to the needs of children on the autism spectrum. The warm-up focuses on exercises that facilitate body awareness (proprioception).
-
It takes place on trampolines, a board, an acrobatic track and includes learning basic elements on trampolines, coordination and sensory exercises, and group games. The difficulty of the exercises performed is adapted to the skills and physical fitness of the participants. Each class ends with a short relaxation session, which helps children calm down after intense activities.
