Perfect classes for fans of movement, combining overcoming obstacles typical in the field of parkour with learning simple acrobatic elements. During training, participants learn to quickly overcome obstacles, engaging the whole body and improving their performance. Classes will take place on specially prepared, soft obstacles but also in other zones of the park, thanks to which participants will be able to safely improve more difficult elements.

Course of the semester

Throughout the semester, participants master methods of effectively and safely overcoming obstacles of various heights and shapes. Additionally, acrobatic elements are introduced during classes, both on trampolines and other surfaces, depending on the level of advancement of the participants. Classes are held once a week.

  • Static, dynamic and stretching exercises.

  • It takes place on trampolines and obstacle courses prepared by the trainer. Participants work on time and accuracy in overcoming the courses and on acrobatic skills.

  • Strength training to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, legs, arms and back.

Hello 馃憢 My name is Alex and I infect the participants of my classes with my love for sports at Hangar in Targ贸wek and Goc艂aw. Sports have no limits for me!

Sports in many forms have accompanied me since childhood, and it all started when I saw at the age of 5 that you can do a somersault on a bike! A lot of time has passed since then, and I have had the pleasure of practicing many different disciplines such as mtb freestyle, judo, acrobatics, skiing, climbing, snowboarding and parkour. The opportunity to practice such different and demanding disciplines taught me how to take care of my body both through exercises and properly selected trainings as well as diet. Due to the fact that my motivation has not evaporated with age, I am constantly expanding my knowledge on this subject to be able to practice better, more and safer.
