Basics or continuation. Classes combining parkour, an art of quickly overcoming urban obstacles such as walls or barriers, and freerunning, which uses the most spectacular and extreme elements for this purpose.

Course of the semester
Mastering the methods of effectively and safely overcoming obstacles of different heights and shapes and moving around elements with a small contact surface. Additionally, during classes, elements of acrobatics are introduced, such as front and back flips performed on trampolines and Airtrack. The range of techniques taught and the level of difficulty will be adapted to the group's capabilities. Classes are held once a week.

Static and dynamic exercises with an emphasis on warming up the ankle joints.

It takes place on special soft obstacles resembling urban development, where participants overcome previously prepared obstacle courses using elements previously presented by trainers.

Stretching and strength exercises to strengthen the muscles of the arms, back and legs.
