Course of the semester

Mastering the methods of effectively and safely overcoming obstacles of different heights and shapes and moving around elements with a small contact surface. Additionally, during classes, elements of acrobatics are introduced, such as front and back flips performed on trampolines and Airtrack. The range of techniques taught and the level of difficulty will be adapted to the group's capabilities. Classes are held once a week.

  • At the very beginning of the class - static and dynamic exercises with emphasis on warming up the ankle joints.

  • Next - the training takes place on special soft obstacles, replicating the city's buildings, where the participants overcome pre-prepared obstacle courses using elements previously presented by trainers.

  • At the end of the class - stretching and strength exercises to strengthen the muscles of the arms, back and legs.

Rafa艂 Skrodzki

Hi 馃憢 I'm Rafa艂, and I trained parkour under the watchful eye of the best from the Parkour United association! I will introduce you to its secrets in Hangar 646 in Targ贸wek.

I have been practicing parkour since I was a teenager, and as a trainer I have been running classes and personal training for 7 years. Before I ran my first group classes, I trained intensively for a full year under the supervision of the Parkour United association. I take passing on my acquired experience very seriously! I also work as a guide and tour leader, so contact with other people, regardless of age, is everyday life for me and above all a pleasure!

Hi 馃憢 I'm Bartosz and I study psychology at the University of Warsaw. I'll pass on to you the secrets of parkour in Hangar 646 in Targ贸wek, diversifying it with elements of acrobatics.

I have been practicing parkour for over 10 years, and 4 years ago I started to diversify it with elements of acrobatics and tricking. In order to pass on my experience, I completed an acrobatics instructor course. At university, I am a member of a sports psychology scientific group. My passion is hitchhiking around Europe and urbex.

Hi 馃憢 I'm Kuba and I do parkour. I've been running classes since 2018 at Hangar 646 in Goc艂aw!

I have been teaching parkour since 2018 and I have been involved in the discipline for 10 years. In addition, I am also involved in freerunning and acrobatics indirectly. During classes, I try to focus on understanding individual movements and develop interest in this field in the participants.

Hi 馃憢 My name is Krzysiek, I've been training parkour for over a decade. I'll teach you everything at Hangar 646 in Goc艂aw!

I have been working with Hangar since 2017, running regular classes. I have been practicing parkour for over a decade. It is my main sport, which I supplement with numerous elements from acrobatics, tricking and breakdance. I love passing on my knowledge to those who want to broaden their horizons and I strongly encourage newcomers to enter the world of this fascinating sport, which is parkour.
